Private sessions of Mindfulness and Loving Presence are available. Seated comfortably in chairs in a private area, you are invited to talk and then to gradually turn inward to moment-to-moment awareness as you are gently guided into a "bubble" of subtle energy, compassion and loving presence as together we notice and verbalize the sensations and thoughts that are unfolding in mind and body. No outcome is "pushed for:" you are gently supported as you gradually unfold in the direction your mind naturally flows. These sessions are derived from Daniel Lally's 420 hour training in the Hakomi method. Contact us to schedule a one hour session.
